Basil ground beef with fried egg
 
Ingredient
 5 oz ground beef ( You Can use ground chicken ,ground pork,ground turkey,shrimps , scallops, squids whatever meat you like)
 4 cloves garlic.
1-4 Thai chili pepper. ( Depend on how spicy you like )
3 Mushrooms sliced.
1/2 yellow onion sliced.
 1Tbs soy sauce.
1 Tbs Thin soy sauce.
1 Tbs Oyter sauce.
1/2 Tsp sugar.
1/2 Tbs water.
2 Tbs vegetable oil or olive oil
 
2 Tbs Thai Basil leaves
white rice or brown rice.
Fried egg ( Optional)
 Directions
 1.Mixed all sauce in small bowl.
 2. put garlics and Thai chilli in food processor ground it.
 
 
 
 
 Heat up oil and put garlic and Thai chilli pepper crush into hot oil until smell good not to burn garlic.
Then put ground beef into pan cook until meat almost cook through.
Put onions and mushrooms in to the pan cook until both ingredients soft.
 
Then put mixed sauce into a pan and stir well and cook for couple minutes.
 
Put Thai Basil Leaves and stir for 30 second an turn off the heat ready to serve.
 
Yeah ready to eat .

Toasted sweet rice ( Khao Khua )
 

Ingredients

1/4 cup of sticky rice
3 Tbs lemon grass chopped
2 Tbs Galangal chopped
2 Tsp Kaffir lime leaves

 
Directions
 

Mix everythings and put in hot non stick dry  pan don't put any oil use meduim heat.
Stri until golden brown and smell good ,then let it cool before you put in food processor.



After toasted rice are cool put in the food processor and ground it .

It's done put in a jar  you can keep up to two months . Easy and alway have it on hand when you want to make Thai spicy salad use it :)
