Stir fried water morning Thai vegetables this dish no need to add any meat taste delicious .It's  good for anyone who wanna diet . We call "Pad Pak Buk " the ingredients and directions are easy and simple I will show you how easy it is .
Ingredients
  1. 1 Lb water morning glory Thai vegetables.
  2. 2 cloves chop garlic.
  3. 2 Tablespoons soy sauce.
  4. 2 Tablespoons oyster sauce.
  5. 1/2 Tablespoons sugar.
  6. 1 - 2 Tablespoons water.
  7. 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil ( can use olive oil) .
  8. 2 Thai chili ( optional ).
Directions
 Cut vegetables and put chop garlic,soy sauce,sugar, oyster sauce,and chili (optional) into plate .
 
Then heat up oil medium high heat when oil already hot put vegetables into a pan stir well about 2-3 minutes then Splash water into a pan turn it off .Put on plate serve with white rice or brown rice enjoy !!!!

A Ginger rice with boil chicken is favorite food for Thai people easy to eat ,but not easy to make . This dish kid can have it too just leave a spicy part also this dish have to kinds of sauces for the one who not like spicy and kid will love it.Let's see the ingredients and directions.
Ingredients
 
Ginger rice
  1. 2 cups uncooked white rice.
  2. 2 cups water or chicken broth.
  3. 2 Garlics head chop.
  4. 1Ginger root Chop.
  5. 4 Tablespoons vegtable oil.
Boil Chicken
  1. 1 stock celery.
  2. 1 onion.
  3. 1 radish cut.
  4. 2 chickens breast.
  5. 1 small carrot.
  6. 2 cups water.
 Deep Fried Chicken
  1. 3 chickens tender
  2. 1/2 cup flour
  3. salt and pepper.
  4. 1 egg.
  5. vegtable oil.
Sauce 
  1. 1/2 soy bean paste
  2. 3 1/2 Tablespoons sugar.
  3. 1 1/2 Teaspoons white vinegar.
  4. 3 1/2 Tablespoons water.
  5. Lime (optional)
  6. Thai chilis ( optional for who like more spicy)
  7. Sweet soy sauce
Directions
2 chickens breast have to clean it before cooking . Normally we use a whole chicken . I use chicken breast becuase my husband don't like dark meat and skin.
Then put oinon,celery,carrot,radish,and chickens into a pot pour water to cover everything use medium low heat bring it to boil and the let's it simmer about 1.30 hour or until chicken cook through.
 



 
2 cups of uncooked white rice and ginger we cut into  pices,and chop garlic.
 
 

Put vegetable oil into a large pan heat up oil.
 


Put chops garlic to a pan and stir for 1 minute use a medium heat don't burn garlic .
Then put uncooked white rice  into a pan stir well about 3-4 minutes.
Then put into a rice cooker ,put slice ginger on top of stir fried uncooked rice pour 2 cups of water let's it cook about 25-30 minutes. Depends on your rice cooker.
 
 
White vinegar ,sugar,soy bean paste, garlic, ginger,and water . Lime and Thai chili ( this two ingredient are optional)
 
This chop garlic and ginger.
Put everything in a small sauce pan let's it boil turn it off and set a side.
This is Thai chili it optional who like more spicy like me lol .
 This is sweet soy sauce for kids.
 
 
Chickens are done take it out form a pot and cut it.Then put everything on plate will show you next picture.
Ready to serve with sauce. Enjoy your meal .
 
 
This are two kinds of sauce serve with ginger rice and boil chicken or deep fried chicken.

Deep Fried Eggs with sweet sour sauce 

          This menu is a kid friendly just leave the part of spicy good and easy menu .Let's me show how easy .

 
Ingredients   
  1. 2 eggs
  2. 2 shallots cut
  3. 2/4 cups Plum sugar
  4. 1/3 cup Fish sauce
  5. 2/4 cupsTamarind juice
  6. 3 Tablespoons of water
  7. 3 Tablespoon vegetable oil
  8. Dry chilli Pepper ( Optional)
Direction
 
This are all ingredients for this menu I used Plam sugar beacuse make a taste better than granulated sugar. You can buy Fish sauce , Tamrind ( In strore they are also have tamrind juice avaliable in bottle) ,Plam sugar ,and dry chilli pepper in  any Asian market.
 
This the juice that I get from tamarind package . It's easy process to make just put a boiling water to a tamarind and squeeze  a juice.
Boling a water and put eggs   about 8 minutes  ( Tips : put a little salt in a boiling water when you boil egg its easy to peel eggs )
 
 
Meanwhile make a sauce put Fish sauce ,tamarind juice,and Plam sugar in a sauce pan used meduim high heat bring to boil and sugar dissolves turn it off set a side.
 

 
 

        

Then when eggs are done peel it and dry them before put in a hot oil.
  Put a meduim saute pan with medium hight heat put a vegtable oil ,let's oil hot then add egg brown all sides then set a side let it cool and cut it half.
 
 
 
 
Then put cut shallots in to a hot oil don't take to long just let them turn brown and take it out.
 
 
 
 
Fried Dry chilli is the optional if you like spicy if you don't or you make this dish for kids just leave this part .Put both of them in a paper towel.
 
 

Then put cut eggs on the plate  and sweet sour sauce on the top of eggs and sprinkle shallots and chilli on the top of eggs ready to sevre with white rice . Enjoy

 

Thai Spicy Salad

This appetizer  menu good for have a  company  or  for small party . It's not  difficult to make take just only 25 minute you can have a good  delicious food .Let's see ingredients.
 
Ingredients    ( serving 2-4  )
 
 


 
  1.  Fish Sauce                      3 Tablespoons
  2. Light Brown Sugar          2 Tablespoons
  3. Lime juice                        3Tablespoons
  4. Thai chilli                         1 Tablespoon
  5. 5 Eggs
  6. 1/2 Yellow onion cut
  7. Ground pork    6 ounces 
  8.  1/4 cup pork broth ( If you don't have can use water )
  9. cilantro chop for garnish
  10. Vegtable oil  3 Tablespoon
Direction
 
  1. Mix fish sauce ,light brown sugar ,lime juice ,and Thai chilli in a mixing bowl whisk until sugar dissolves and set a side.

Meduim saute pan with meduim hight heat put a vegtable oil ,let's oil hot then add egg like you make a sunny side up egg you have to cook egg yolk well done or half done depends on how you like .I like my half way done. Then set a side let it cool a little bite before cut in 4 pieces.

Meduim sauce pan put a broth let heat up a littel bit ,then put a ground pork break it up by wooden spoon let it cook for 3 minute or until cook through. (This step if you like your onion soft you can put it in a sauce pan.)

After ground pork done ( If have a lot of water in a sauce pan you can drian it out not all of them just have a little bit left in a sauce pan too) .Then add Mix dressing into a sauce pan add onion stir everything well and pour over top of fried eggs that you already cut and  put in a plate sprinkle cilantro on top . Ready to sevre Enjoy .
