Stir fried water morning glory Thai Vegetables
Stir fried water morning Thai vegetables this dish no need to add any meat taste delicious .It's  good for anyone who wanna diet . We call "Pad Pak Buk " the ingredients and directions are easy and simple I will show you how easy it is .
Ingredients
- 1 Lb water morning glory Thai vegetables.
 - 2 cloves chop garlic.
 - 2 Tablespoons soy sauce.
 - 2 Tablespoons oyster sauce.
 - 1/2 Tablespoons sugar.
 - 1 - 2 Tablespoons water.
 - 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil ( can use olive oil) .
 - 2 Thai chili ( optional ).
 
Directions
 Cut vegetables and put chop garlic,soy sauce,sugar, oyster sauce,and chili (optional) into plate .
Then heat up oil medium high heat when oil already hot put vegetables into a pan stir well about 2-3 minutes then Splash water into a pan turn it off .Put on plate serve with white rice or brown rice enjoy !!!!
